Most of your visitors arrive on a phone. So the phone layout is designed first, reviewed first, and signed off first. Desktop is the enhancement.

What we collect
When you submit a project enquiry we collect the name, email, company, website, project details and preferences you provide. We collect basic anonymised analytics about page visits.
Why we collect it
To reply to your enquiry, prepare a proposal, and improve the website. We do not sell your data or add you to a marketing list without your explicit consent.
Who sees it
Our team, and the service providers required to operate the site — hosting, email delivery and analytics. Each processes data under its own agreement.
Your rights
You can request a copy of your data or ask us to delete it at any time by emailing ohopstudio@gmail.com. We respond within 30 days.
Cookies
We use only what is needed to run the site and understand aggregate traffic. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Scope of work
Every project is defined in a written proposal covering deliverables, revision rounds, timeline and price. Work outside that scope is quoted separately before it starts.
Payment
Projects begin on a deposit, with the balance due at launch. Larger builds are staged across milestones.
Ownership
On final payment you own the design, the code and every account created for the project. We may show non-confidential work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
Client responsibilities
Timelines assume content, feedback and access arrive as agreed. Delays there move the launch date accordingly.
Support
Bugs reported within 30 days of launch are fixed at no charge. Ongoing changes are covered by a care plan or quoted hourly.
